#FASHIONFAB: Beyonce for Tiffany & Co.

Fresh off the heels of dropping her seventh solo album, Renaissance, Beyoncé is ready for her follow-up move—and it’s pretty glitzy and glamorous, as is her wont. The music icon will next star in Tiffany & Co.’s newest campaign, “Lose Yourself in Love,” which is all about “celebrating individuality, love, and universal connection.”

A longtime ambassador for the jewelry brand, Beyoncé is “honored to explore even deeper how beautiful our connections are, when we truly celebrate the relationship and importance of love that we have for ourselves as individuals,” she said in statement to ELLE.com.

According to Alexandre Arnault, Tiffany & Co.’s vice president of product and communications, the campaign is an exploration of “fearless creativity.”

“Beyoncé is an inspiration to so many because she embodies these qualities,” Arnault said in a press release. “We are honored to continue our partnership for the second year in a row and usher in an exciting new era of love.”

The Grammy-winning artist is featured wearing a piece from the Tiffany HardWear collection, made specifically for the campaign. It took over 40 hours to assemble and polish, and includes 18k gold links three times the scale of the existing Tiffany HardWear graduated link necklace.

Later this fall, a film based on Beyoncé’s latest hit song “Summer Renaissance” will debut. The piece is directed by Grammy-winning music video director Mark Romanek, with choreography by Emmy-nominated artist Fatima Robinson.

Tiffany & Co. recently launched its social impact platform, Tiffany Atrium, and will be continuing to partner with the Carters through the Tiffany & Co. About Love Scholarship Program, created in collaboration with BeyGOOD and the Shawn Carter Foundation. #RHOA: The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Shady Season 14 Reunion Trailer Will Make Your Head Spin

This trailer is juicy—and we're not talking peaches. Here’s the first look at The Real Housewives of Atlanta's dramatic season 14 reunion.

Just seconds into the preview, every member of the cast—which includes Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, Shereé Whitfield, Drew Sidora, Marlo Hampton and Sanya Richards-Ross—is throwing jabs at one another at a rapid-fire pace as host Andy Cohen sits back and watches.

Once some semblance of order is restored, the RHOA ladies get into the nitty gritty of hashing out their beefs (and they do not hold back).

Drew tells Shereé, "I have Cash Apps from people wanting to send me sex tapes of you." An unbothered Shereé quips, "I would love to see that."

Shereé's good mood continues while discussing her new boyfriend following her messy breakup from ex Tyrone Gilliams. "What can you tell me about your new boo, he's like a 10 out of 10?" Andy asks. Before she can answer, Kenya chimes in, "I heard that D is a 10 out of 10!"

Shereé continues to prove to be either the source or subject of much of the drama by later accusing Kandi of "talking about me every week on your show and I get it because I'm good click bait," to which Kandi replies, "You think I needed you for click bait?!"

Shereé is then the subject of plastic surgery accusations from Drew, who says, "You've had your breasts done, your booty." Shereé fires back, "My booty? Bitch, you crazy, this is all natural honey. Squats not shots, honey."

Speaking of keeping it real, Kenya jabs Marlo for not being authentic, telling her, "Everything about you is fake, Marlo. Your name is not even your real name, Latoya Hutchinson."

The Housewives continue firing shots at a mile per minute as Sanya and Drew's season 14 feud wages on. "You've only been able to accomplish mediocrity at best," Sanya says to her former friend. Ouch.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta season finale airs Sunday, Sept. 4, at 8 p.m. on Bravo. The three-part reunion begins Sunday, Sept. 11, at 8 p.m.

Bed Bath & Beyond CFO falls to death days after company announces massive closures and layoffs

A Bed Bath & Beyond executive is dead following a fall from the downtown Manhattan luxury skyscraper where he lived, the retail giant and police have confirmed.

The death of Gustavo Arnal, 52, the company's chief financial officer, comes days after the retail chain announced it would close about 150 of its more than 700 namesake stores and lay off about 20% of its 32,000 employees after its stock fell more than 21% last Wednesday, and 65% in the past year, according to The Associated Press.

Arnal was pronounced dead when emergency medical personnel found him at around 12:30 p.m. on Friday near Leonard Street and West Broadway, police told NBC News in a statement, noting that he "appeared to suffer from injuries indicative from a fall from an elevated position.

“The New York City Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause of death and the investigation remains ongoing,” police said.

A Sunday statement from the retailer said that "the entire Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. organization is profoundly saddened by this shocking loss."

"At Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., Mr. Arnal was instrumental in guiding the organization throughout the coronavirus pandemic, transforming the Company’s financial foundation and building a strong and talented team," the statement continued. "He was also an esteemed colleague in the financial community."

The independent chair of the company's board of directors, Harriet Edelman, said that Arnal "will be remembered by all he worked with for his leadership, talent and stewardship of our Company.

"I am proud to have been his colleague, and he will be truly missed by all of us at Bed Bath & Beyond and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him,” she said, adding that the company's focus is on supporting Arnal's family.

Arnal was a resident of 56 Leonard Street, according to police. The 60-story tower is nicknamed the "Jenga Building" due to its misaligned apartments, giving it the appearance of the block stacking game.

Last year, a penthouse in the building sold for $50 million, according to the Real Deal, which reported that residents include the singer Frank Ocean and the actor Keegan Michael-Key.

The

Arnal previously held executive roles at the beauty-product company Avon, the drugstore chain Walgreens, and Procter & Gamble, according to his biography on the Bed Bath & Beyond website, and his LinkedIn page, which also note that he had an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the Universidad Simon Bolivar and a master’s degree in finance from the Universidad Metropolitana, both in Caracas, Venezuela.

Last year, Arnal took home $2.9 million as CFO of Bed Bath & Beyond, including $775,000 in salary and the rest in stock awards, according to InsiderTrades.com.

Last month, he sold more than 42,500 shares of company stock worth more than a million dollars, according to the website MarketBeat.

Bed Bath & Beyond's stock took a major hit last month after an influential investor sold all of his nearly 7.8 million shares. And the company is still searching for a permanent chief executive officer after former CEO Mark Tritton was ousted in June after less than three years on the job, according to the AP

Alleged Video Behind Tiffany Haddish, Aries Spears 'Child Grooming' Scandal Uncovered

Comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears are being sued over accusations that they forced a pair of siblings to act in sexually explicit skits that allegedly ended up being published on the Funny or Die website in 2018.

A 22-year-old woman, identified anonymously as Jane Doe, and her 14-year-old brother, identified in court as John Doe, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, NBC News reports. The siblings said they were children when the comedians coerced them to take part in sexually explicit skits in separate incidents in 2013 and 2014. According to the complaint, Haddish and Spears “stole the youth of a 7-year-old child and a 14-year-old child.”

Jane, according to the lawsuit, was 14 years old when she met Haddish at a summer camp where the comedian appeared as a guest speaker. That’s when Haddish allegedly told Jane that she had the “perfect role” for her.

The perfect role, however, turned out to be a sexually explicit skit which involved Haddish teaching Jane how to mimic fellatio, the complaint states. According to The Daily Beast, Jane said she and her mother had no idea what the skit would involve.

“Only Spears and Haddish knew the storyline for the skit,” the complaint states.

Spears and Haddish allegedly told Jane to watch a video that showed a group of coeds eating a sandwich in a suggestive manner from opposite ends, “moaning and making sexual noises as they both ate the sandwich in a manner that simulated the act of fellatio.”

“Physically, emotionally, and mentally uncomfortable, Plaintiff Jane Doe mimicked the acts that Haddish and Spears wanted her to do so she could go home,” the complaint stated.

Haddish allegedly made another offer to the family in 2014, telling the siblings’ mother she had a role for the younger brother. The comedian, according to the complaint, described the role as a “sizzle reel for Nickelodeon.”

Jane said she accompanied her brother to the Nickelodeon shoot to serve as a chaperone. But the siblings were allegedly told that they needed to be “separate” for the skit.

John, according to the complaint, was told to strip “down to his underwear” for a skit titled “Through a Pedophiles Eyes.” The storyline allegedly revolved around a child who was left alone with a man played by Spears. According to the lawsuit, Spears’ character “leers at the child lustfully” in multiple scenes before massaging him with oil. The man later gets into a bathtub with the boy and forces him to come “closer to him in the tub,” the complaint states.

John, according to the complaint, was “portrayed as leering lustfully” at the man in the final scene. As the video closes, the words “WATCH WHO YOU LEAVE YOUR KIDS WITH!” appeared on the screen, the lawsuit states.

“After filming, Mr. Doe called his mother crying, saying he did not want to film anymore,” the complaint said.

When the mother repeatedly asked the actors about “what was filmed that made her son cry,” Spears allegedly said the footage was still not edited and he would get back to her later about providing the unedited footage. Haddish, according to the allegations, said she doesn’t have a copy of the footage, but that the skit was meant to be funny.

Spears later told the mother that the footage has been deleted because John had been so uncooperative, the lawsuit states. The siblings, however, said John’s skit appeared on the Funny or Die website in 2018.

Funny or Die acknowledges the video's existence.

Speaking to The Daily Beast, a representative for Funny or Die acknowledged the video’s existence but denied that they had any involvement in its creation. “Funny Or Die found this video absolutely disgusting and would never produce such content,” they said in a statement.

“We were not involved with the conceptualization, development, funding, or production of this video,” the representative told The Daily Beast. “It was uploaded to the site as user-generated content and was removed in 2018 immediately after becoming aware of its existence.”

Social media sleuths uncover the alleged video.

While the video appears to be scrubbed from the internet, a website for archived content has revealed a copy of the alleged clip. One part of the skit shows Spears sitting next to the boy in a tub and making a reference to Jerry Sandusky, the former coach from Penn State who was accused of sexually abusing children.

“Did you know I was best friends with Penn State’s Sandusky,” Spears tells the boy. “They have a touch, but don’t tell policy.”

Trigger Warning: Viewers should be advised that the footage contains disturbing scenes.

The siblings, who say their mother previously tried to reach a $15,000 settlement with Spears over the alleged molestation video,  are suing Haddish and Spears for damages. They say Jane has been unable to “trust anyone” since the incident, while John is facing depression and anxiety. John claims he is so afraid of being watched that he puts bandaids over electronics and cameras.

Haddish has hired Andrew Brettler as her attorney. Brettler, the go-to lawyer for many men in Hollywood accused of sexual abuse, has represented Prince Andrew, Armie Hammer, Chris Noth and more.

Dave Chappelle Attacks Will Smith As An ‘Ugly’ Person Over Oscars Slap At Show With Chris Rock

The comedian kicked off his U.K. tour with Chris Rock by taking a swipe at the Academy Award-winner in a routine addressing the incident.

Dave Chappelle had an intense response to Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Academy Awards during a show at Liverpool’s M&S Arena on Thursday, September 1. The comedian, 49, dissed Will, 53, following the “slap heard ’round the world” at the Oscars in March. Dave called out the King Richard star for showing his true colors in one of his jokes about the incident. “Will did the impression of a perfect person for 30 years, and he ripped his mask off and showed us he was as ugly as the rest of us,” he said, according to The New York Post.

Despite calling the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star “ugly” in the routine, the Chapelle’s Show comic did call on Will to be more authentic and true to himself. “I hope he doesn’t put his mask back on again, and lets his real face breath,” he quipped. “I see myself in both men.”

The discussion came as the two comics joined each other onstage, and Dave asked if the slap “hurt.” Of course, Chris, 53, said that it was painful, and he quipped that the joke that he’d made about Jada Pinkett-Smith’s bald hairstyle (due to her alopecia) wasn’t hurtful enough to warrant a slap. “The m**********r hit me over a bulls**t joke. The nicest joke I ever told,” Chris quipped.

Dave notably had his own run-in with someone climbing on stage and attacking him during a comedy show at the Hollywood Bowl in May. He addressed the incident in a statement by his representative Carla Sims. “The performances by Chappelle at the Hollywood Bowl were epic and record-breaking and he refuses to allow last night’s incident to overshadow the magic of this historic moment,” he said.

Chris has been very reserved about speaking about the slap during his comedy shows. At his first April gig after the incident, he had warned the crowd that he wasn’t going to speak on the slap for a while. As time has gone on, he’s made more subtle jokes referring to the infamous slap during some of his shows. During a New Jersey show with Kevin Hart, he’d told the fellow comic that he doesn’t consider himself to be a “victim.” At an Arizona show at the end of August, Chris started opening up about it a bit more. “He’s bigger than me,” he quipped. “The state of Nevada would not sanction a fight between me and Will Smith.”

Months after the slap, Will also issued a formal apology to the comedian in a video in July. “I’ve reached out to Chris and the message that came back is that he’s not ready to talk and when he is, he will reach out. So I will say to you, Chris, I apologize to you. My behavior was unacceptable,” he said, before offering apologies to the rest of Chris’ family.

A Pilot Arrested After Threatening to Crash Stolen Plane into Mississippi Walmart

A worker at an airport who stole a twin-engine plane Saturday morning and threatened to crash it into a Mississippi Walmart.

A Mississippi Walmart was evacuated following reports of a pilot threatening to intentionally crash a plane into the superstore. Tupelo Police said they were notified of the pilot’s intentions when he called 911 Saturday (Sept. 3) around 5 a.m.

The Daily Journal reports a plane similar to a King Air aircraft was stolen by a man identified as Cory Patterson. He is a 2011 graduate of Tupelo High School. Patterson has worked as an employee at the Tupelo Regional Airport for the past 10 years, where he fuels aircraft. In a Facebook post shared Saturday morning, he expressed remorse in what appears to be a goodbye note to his family and friends. “Sorry everyone. Never actually wanted to hurt anyone. I love my parents and sister this isn’t your fault. Goodbye,” he wrote.

According to police, the pilot is targeting the store located in the area of Dodges and West Main streets. “Citizens are asked to avoid that area until an all clear is given. With the mobility of an airplane of that type, the danger zone is much larger than even Tupelo,” read a statement from the agency. State Governor Tate Reeves also issued a statement to the public saying, “State law enforcement and emergency managers are closely tracking this dangerous situation. All citizens should be on alert and aware of updates from the Tupelo Police Department,” in tweet.

For hours, Patterson was observed flying the plane at a low altitude over Holly Springs National Forest and the surrounding areas. Police said they managed to maintain contact with him throughout most of his time in the air.

The Beechcraft King Air C90 twin engine plane was landed near Ashland, MS around 10:30 a.m. Patterson was taken into custody. He is charged with grand larceny and making terroristic threats. “Thankful the situation has been resolved and that no one was injured. Thank you most of all to local, state, and federal law enforcement who managed this situation with extreme professionalism,” tweeted Gov. Reeves.

Britney Spears' 15-Year-Old Son Jayden Hopes to Repair Relationship with Mom!

Britney Spears 15-year-old son is speaking out about his relationship with his mom in a new interview put together by dad Kevin Federline for an international tabloid.

In a revealing interview with The Daily Mail airing Friday on ITV, the 15-year-old son of the “Hold Me Closer” singer, 40, and ex-husband Kevin Federline discussed his and brother Sean Preston’s mixed feelings about their relationship with their mom.

While things are complicated, Jayden says, “I 100 percent think this can be fixed.”

“It’s just going to take a lot of time and effort. I just want her to get better mentally,” he continues. “When she gets better I really want to see her again.”

Speaking directly to his mom, Jayden says, “I love you a lot, I hope for the best for you. Maybe one day we can sit down like this and talk again.”

Later in the interview, Jayden talks about being inspired by his mom. “There was this TV and it just showed all these people, and it showed her singing and dancing on the stage, and when I saw that I was like ‘Wow, that is a lot of people,’ ” he recalls.

“And I came to the realization of how famous she was and how successful she is as a person and that inspired me.”

Still, Jayden and his brother find themselves torn regarding Spears’ use of social media, noting that Preston “asked my mother not to post his photos, and she did it anyway. So it didn’t go well.”

Jayden says he feels that “social media helps her… So if that’s what she wants to do, that’s what she wants to do. I’m not going to hate her for that.”

“At the same time, she should come to the realization of whatever it is that stops her loving her family,” the teen continues.

‘It’s almost like she has to post something on Instagram to get some attention. This has gone on for years and years and years and there’s a high chance that this will never stop, but I’m hoping for me that she will stop.’

Hours after the interview was published, Spears replied in a statement shared on her Instagram where she sent her son “all the love in the world to you every day for the rest of my life !!!!”

“My love for my children has no boundaries and it deeply saddens me to know his outcry of saying I wasn’t up to his expectations of a mother … and maybe one day we can meet face to face and talk about this openly !!!!”

Going on to explain how hard she worked and what she endured to give her children all they have, Spears added, “It’s horrible to see your dad be a hypocrite and say the media horrible yet has you talking about personal matters to them !!!”

Spears then urged her younger son to “look in the mirror and remember … you are my child and always will be !!!!”

“Keep playing your gift on the piano … you and your brother both are brilliant and I’m so proud to call you both mine,” the pop star added before noting her sons don’t understand her feelings around her mental health and conservatorship.

A separate portion of the interview that aired last month sparked a previous Instagram response from Spears, in which she wrote, “It saddens me to hear that my ex-husband has decided to discuss the relationship between me and my children. As we all know, raising teenage boys is never easy for anyone.”

Nicki Minaj reveals that JAY-Z and Beyoncé congratulated her on her recent award

As expected, Nicki Minaj has been receiving plenty of positive response following this year’s MTV Video Music Awards, where she became the latest recipient of the event’s Video Vanguard Award. Yesterday (Sept. 1), the Young Money emcee took to her Instagram Stories to reveal that JAY-Z and Beyoncé sent her a bouquet of flowers with a note that read, “Congrats on your beautiful award. Sending you all our love. Hov & B Holla.” In addition to the short video came an attached message from Nicki Minaj in response: “Thank you so much. The both of you. For everything.”

MTV’s Video Vanguard Award was first awarded to Richard Lester and The Beatles during the inauguration of the Video Music Awards in 1984. Since then, iconic artists like Madonna, LL Cool J, Justin Timberlake, Kanye West, Rihanna, and Missy Elliott have been given the honor. As previously reported by REVOLT, Nicki Minaj spoke on the importance of mental health within the celebrity community during her acceptance speech:

“I wrote this down, I don’t know why y’all, but this was in my spirit to say. I wish that Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson were here. I wish that people understood what they meant and what they were going through. I wish people took mental health seriously, even for the people who you think have perfect lives.”

It’s been four years since Nicki Minaj released her last album Queen, a 19-song effort with contributions from Eminem, Lil Wayne, Labrinth, Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Swae Lee, Future, and Foxy Brown. Last year, she re-released her third official mixtape Beam Me Up Scotty, complete with the new singles “Fractions,” “Seeing Green” with Wayne and Drake, and a remix of Skillibeng’s runaway hit “Crocodile Teeth.” Currently, she’s sailing off the release of “Super Freaky Girl,” a Rick James-sampled offering that made landfall in August.

Swimming cap designed to protect natural hair gains approval after Olympic ban

A swimming cap designed to protect the natural hair of athletes has finally gained approval by the International Swimming Federation (FINA). The competitive sport’s governing body initially rejected the use of the SOUL CAP head covering during the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.

The cap, which is designed by a Black-owned company, caters to thick, curly, braided, and textured hair types. “Our design was unconventional. And back then, there just wasn’t enough awareness about the challenges faced by swimmers from some backgrounds,” said the company in a statement posted to their website.

On Thursday (Sept. 1), FINA Executive Director Brent Nowicki said the announcement “follows a period of review and discussion on cap design between FINA and SOUL CAP over the past year. Promoting diversity and inclusivity is at the heart of FINA’s work, and it is very important that all aquatic athletes have access to the appropriate swimwear.”

Traditional caps follow the natural design of the human head, but Soul Cap’s designs is larger and more accommodating for those who do not have thinner hair types. A year ago, FINA described the caps as unsuitable for competition because of the untraditional design. They also said to their “best knowledge, the athletes competing at the international events never used, neither require to use, caps of such size and configuration.”

Since then, there has been more discourse about the need for improved inclusivity in competitive swimming. “We’re so grateful to everyone who showed support and was part of creating this major change,” said SOUL CAP co-founder Toks Ahmed to The Metro UK. He added, “As a new father and someone who didn’t learn to swim growing up, creating access for the next generation feels even more close to home.

Maren Morris Raises $100K for Trans Nonprofits with Merch of Tucker Carlson's 'Lunatic' Dig

Maren Morris has raised more than $100,000 since launching a T-shirt line to benefit trans rights groups amid her feud with Brittany Aldean.

The Grammy Award winner, 32, released the shirts benefitting the Trans Lifeline and GLAAD's Transgender Media Program after Aldean appeared on Tucker Carlson's Fox News show amid social media drama over transgender rights.

"*ATTN LUNATICS* New shirt in the shop. All proceeds will be split between @translifeline & the @glaad Transgender Media Program," Morris captioned a photo of the shirt.

The shirt features her name with the words "Lunatic Country Music Person," referencing the moniker Carlson, 53, dubbed her during Thursday's segment that featured Aldean. The shirts also have the Trans Lifeline phone number.

Morris later gave an update on the amount of money the merch raised within 15 hours. "$63K in 2 hours. Y'all are insane (or lunatic)," she wrote on her Instagram Story, before giving another update: "We're at over $100K raised." A GLAAD rep confirmed to PEOPLE on Saturday that proceeds had exceeded $100,000.

Brittany, 34, the wife of Jason Aldean, previously drew backlash from Morris and others in the country music industry after she disparaged parents of transgender youth on Instagram.

"I'd really like to thank my parents for not changing my gender when I went through my tomboy phase. I love this girly life," she captioned a makeup reveal video. The comment came amid ongoing debate and efforts to restrict access to gender-affirming care.

Morris responded on Twitter: "It's so easy to, like, not be a scumbag human? Sell your clip-ins and zip it, Insurrection Barbie."

After facing criticism from the likes of Morris, Cassadee Pope, Lindsay Ell and more, Brittany shared another statement on her Instagram Story

"Advocating for the genital mutilation of children under the disguise of love and calling it 'gender-affirming care' is one of the worst evils," she wrote in part.

"Some parents want to be accepted by society so badly, that they're willing to make life-altering decisions for their children who aren't old enough to fully comprehend the consequences of those actions," Brittany added. "Love is protecting your child until they are mature enough as an adult to make their own life decisions."

Brittany attempted to walk back her comments in an Instagram post on Wednesday, sharing photos of herself and Jason's sister Kasi Rosa Wicks modeling merch of her own that reads "Don't Tread on Our Kids."

"Per usual, my words have been taken out of context over the last week. Instead of getting twisted about the twisting of my words, I've chosen to bring some good out of it," she wrote in the caption, announcing that proceeds will benefit Operation Light Shine, a nonprofit that works against human trafficking and child exploitation.

At least 13 U.S. states have signed anti-LGBTQ legislation into law, and another 23 states have introduced such bills in 2022 alone, according to HRC, with many of those laws targeting transgender youth and gender-affirming care.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has ramped up attacks on trans youth, directing the Department of Family and Protective Services to investigate parents for child abuse after they provided gender-affirming care for their children. Florida and Alabama have since adopted similar policies.

Last month, the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals published an opinion that 1990's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) extends to those suffering from gender dysphoria, a potential landmark ruling that could guarantee access to gender-affirming care.

President Joe Biden recently pledged his support to trans citizens during Transgender Day of Visibility in March, and he's continued to urge Congress to pass the long-overdue Equality Act.

Timothée Chalamet’s Sexy Bisexual Cannibal Stuns Venice: ‘Bones and All’ Gets 8.5-Minute Standing Ovation

Timothee Chalamet had all of Venice seeing red on Friday night at the world premiere of “Bones and All.” The actor donned a sparkling backless jumpsuit in a blood-red shade — a cheeky wink to the drama’s central protagonists, two cannibals in love.

The film, which reunites Chalamet with his “Call Me By Your Name” director Luca Guadagnino, lives up to its title with gory attacks and scenes that involve limb-chewing and eating. But despite the uncomfortable subject matter, the audience at the Venice premiere for the movie devoured “Bones and All.” The film received a 8.5-minute standing ovation, the longest and most enthusiastic of the festival so far. (It handily beat the previous record holder “Tar,” a drama starring Cate Blanchett as a tortured composer, which had a 6-minute ovation.)

As the crowds inside the Sala Grande cheered “Luca! Luca!,” the Italian director wiped tears from his eyes. Chalamet and the cast — including Taylor Russell, who plays the film’s anti-heroine Maren — walked down the steps of the theater’s mezzanine to welcome the crowd in the orchestra showering them with so much applause. And Chalamet encouraged the clapping to continue as he held up pieces of paper with Guadagnino and Russell’s names on them, meant to reserve their seats, to cue more applause.

Chalamet plays Lee, a pale young man who embarks on a road trip with a woman he meets who shares an equally troubled past. The odyssey is marked with self-exploration and murder (with a tone that suggests what you’d get if Guadagnino had been tapped to direct one of the “Twilight” films). In one scene set at a carnival, Lee seduces a man, suggesting that he’s bisexual (or maybe pansexual), but he eventually falls in love with Maren.

“Bones and All” is based on the novel of the same name by Camille DeAngelis. Guadagnino’s “Suspiria” writer David Kajganich adapted the script. The supporting cast includes Mark Rylance, Michael Stuhlbarg, André Holland, Jessica Harper, Chloë Sevigny, Francesca Scorsese and David Gordon Green.

Notably, “Bones and All” is Guadagnino’s first movie shot in the United States. It also marks a reunion between the director and Chalamet, who became one of the youngest best actor Oscar nominees in history thanks to his work on their first collaboration “Call Me By Your Name.” Guadagnino has called Chalamet’s role in “Bones and All” a heartbreaker.

“The second I read it, I said, I think only Timothee can play this role,” Guadagnino said in an interview last year. “He’s fantastic, a great performer and to see him soaring the way he is doing now, I feel proud of him. And this character is something very new for him, both endearing and heartbreaking.”

Guadagnino has had a rich history with the Venice Film Festival. His directorial debut “The Protagonists” debuted at the 1999 festival. His films “I Am Love,” “A Bigger Splash” and “Suspiria” also world premiered at Venice.

MGM is releasing “Bones and All” in theaters on Nov. 23.

Mariah Carey Reportedly Refuses To Settle Lawsuit Filed By Brother Who Claims She Ruined His Life By Calling Him A Former Cocaine Dealer

Mariah Carey has filed a written declaration stressing that she stands by the accusations she made against her brother, Morgan, that he was a former cocaine dealer. The “Shake It Off” hitmaker made the remark in her memoir, “The Meaning of Mariah Carey,” which was released in September 2020. The book touched on Carey’s difficult childhood before she’d go on to become one of the biggest superstars in the world, having attained accolades most artists could only dream of.

The early chapters of her book are far from glamorous though, as the mother of two recounted a few of her most traumatizing moments growing up in a volatile household which at one point had gotten so bad that Morgan allegedly ended up putting his hands on their mother Patricia. Morgan went on to file a lawsuit against his estranged sibling last year, contending that the statement about him being vicious and formerly selling cocaine was untrue and had supposedly hurt his “reputation.”

“It took twelve cops to pull my brother and father apart,” an excerpt of Carey’s book reads. “The big bodies of men, all entangled like a swirling hurricane, crashed loudly into the living room. I was a little girl with very few memories of a big brother who protected me. More often, I felt I had to protect myself from him, and sometimes I would find myself protecting my mother from him too.” A written declaration, obtained by Radar Online, reveals that Carey is standing firmly by her accusation as she has declined to settle the lawsuit or pay her brother any amount in damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation.

Since the release of his sister’s memoir, Morgan vehemently denied any wrongdoing, nor does he recall a time he ever sold drugs or turned physical with their mother. He said he pondered why Carey would fabricate the events that actually took place.

In one incident involving their mother Patricia, the Grammy winner penned, “Suddenly there was a loud, sharp noise, like an actual gunshot. My brother had pushed my mother with such force that her body slammed into the wall, making a loud cracking sound.”

Though Morgan has denied any truth to the parts that pertain to him and his character, Carey has issued several responses since he first spoke out about her brother’s denial, saying that everything she discusses in her book was “true and substantially true.” A judge had already dismissed the majority of the claims Morgan made in his lawsuit, but he was still allowed to go after his sister for her remark about him selling cocaine and putting his hands on their mother.

Tank Says Most R&B Artists Are Still ‘Disconnected From The Mainstream’ in regards to the Wide Debate That R&B Is Dead,

Tank is weighing in with his thoughts on the ongoing debate sparked by Diddy last month after he declared that R&B is dead. The “When We” singer, who recently dropped his new album “R&B Money,” was spotted by a TMZ cameraman earlier this week at LAX airport to address those claims, insisting that the state of the rhythm and blues genre has noticeably seen a decline over the years with little to no support from the mainstream media.

“We are still disconnected from the mainstream,” he said before thanking outlets such as TMZ for continuing the conversation. Tank mentions the likes of Chris Brown and Usher who he feels should receive much more coverage for their music, adding that he hopes R&B will eventually get its space back where it can flourish again.

Diddy’s comments about R&B being dead had countless of artists speaking out on their take on why people haven’t been drawn to the genre as much as they used to. Some had blamed it on people diverting their attention to Pop music because it tends to sell better while others argued that the mainstream audience don’t want to hear ballads and love songs — a statement that was contested by Summer Walker, who says she prefers creating those type of tracks though she’s often advised against it by her record label.

“R&B is muthafuckin’ dead as of right now,” told fans in August. “The R&B I made my babies to? R&B gotta be judged to a certain thing – it’s the feeling though, doggy. No, no, no. It’s a feeling. You gotta be able to sing for R&B and then you gotta tell the truth. R&B is not a hustle. This shit is about feeling your vulnerability.”

The Bad Boy Records founder, who has had plenty of success in the Rap and R&B genre, with hits including “I Need A Girl,” “I’ll Be Missing You,” and “I Don’t Wanna Know,” added, “You gotta muthafuckin make a n***a dick hard or a woman’s vagina wet.”

“You gotta cry. You gotta be able to get your girl back. I don’t wanna hear all this bullshit […] It’s our fault for accepting anything less for anybody getting on a mic. I feel like there was a death of R&B singing, and I’m a part of bringing that shit back! I ain’t feelin’ no emotions.”

During somewhat of a heated Instagram Live conversation with producer Timbaland, Diddy asked him to name five R&B artists who could sing without the help of using autotune — a question Timbaland struggled to answer. “R&B don’t sound too alive. You don’t even know anybody’s name,” Diddy joked.

NASA Cancels Second Artemis Launch Attempt After Fuel Leak Detected

NASA has, once again, pumped the breaks on the Artemis I launch. According to the Associated Press, officials called off the uncrewed test mission at around 11:15 a.m. ET Saturday, just three hours before it was scheduled to launch. NASA said its team made the decision after detecting a hydrogen leak that morning during the fueling process. The space agency reportedly made several attempts to fix the issue in a quick disconnect cavity.

“Engineers will attempt to reseat the seal in the quick disconnect cavity where the leak has been detected,” NASA said Saturday morning. “This time they will stop flowing liquid hydrogen to the tank, close the valve used to fill and drain it, then increase pressure on a ground transfer line using helium to try to reseal it … Launch controllers are continuing to flow liquid oxygen to the core stage.”

Their efforts were unsuccessful, and the countdown was stopped.

The scrubbed mission comes just five days after NASA canceled the first launch attempt for Artemis I, a 32-story-tall Space Launch System rocket that is expected to kick off the agency’s moon-to-Mars program. The cancelation was due to a technical issue with one of the rocket’s four engines.

NASA has not confirmed when a third launch attempt will take place, though it’s expected to be scheduled for Monday or Tuesday, depending on weather.

“We’ll go when it’s ready,” NASA administrator, Bill Nelson, told TIME after Saturday’s cancelation. “We don’t go until then, especially now on a test flight because we’re going to stress this, and test it, and test that heat shield and make sure it’s right before we put four humans up on the top of it.”

Black Family Declines Invite Back to Sesame Place After Alleged Snub

The Brown family has no intentions of returning to Sesame Place—at least not anytime soon.

According to TMZ, the Brown family declined an invitation to go back to the amusement park where their Black children were allegedly snubbed by an employee. The incident made headlines back in July, when Jodi Brown posted a video of a Sesame Place parade, which she attended with her 6-year-old daughter Skylar Brown and 6-year-old niece Nylah Brown. The footage shows costumed Sesame Street characters greeting patrons along the parade route; however, the Rosita character seemingly snubs Skylar and Nylah who are seen extending their hands out to the employee.

“THIS DISGUSTING person blatantly told our kids NO then proceeded to hug the little white girl next to us!” Jodi Brown wrote on Instagram. “Then when I went to complain about it, they looking at me like I’m crazy.”

Sesame Place and its parent company, SeaWorld Entertainment, have apologized for the incident. They also pledged to increase employee training to prevent similar incidents.

The Brown’s attorney, B’Ivory Lamarr, told TMZ there was a meeting with the Rev. Jesse Jackson and SeaWorld Entertainment executives last month; however, the Brown family were unable to sit in on the meeting and had to wait in the lobby for several hours.

The family attended a second meeting earlier this week, where they expressed their complaints and concerns. Before the sit-down concluded, executives reportedly asked the Browns to return to Sesame Place, but the family ultimately refused, as they didn’t want their kids “to relive their trauma.”

Lamarr said he and his clients intend to pursue legal action against the park.

Alabama Pastor Arrested And Charged For Watering A Neighbors Flowers

Pastor Michael Jennings was arrested for providing a simple neighborly service of watering plants.

Jennings, the pastor of Vision of Abundant Life Church in Alabama, was arrested for watering his neighbor’s flowers, which he was asked to do while they were out of town. While Jennings was watering the flowers, an officer showed up, arrested him, and charged him with obstructing government operations.

In body camera footage obtained by NPR, Pastor Jennings revealed who he was, what he was doing, and his own address.

“I’m supposed to be here. I’m Pastor Jennings. I live across the street,” Jennings said. “I’m looking out for their house while they’re gone, watering their flowers.”

Pastor Jennings is seeking legal action, and his attorney believes the video will help in their case against the officers.

Pastor Jennings was approached by officers, and he made it clear that he was “watering flowers.” The officer claimed to have responded to a call of a “suspicious vehicle,” which belonged to the neighbor, and a suspicious person that shouldn’t be in the yard.

The woman who called the police noticed Pastor Jennings, came out, and attempted to rectify the issue, only to still be arrested and charged.

In court, Jennings’s attorneys are not only combatting the arrest but the idea that he broke a law because he was on private property.

Actress Jane Fonda Reveals Cancer Diagnosis

Actress Jane Fonda announced on Friday that she was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a type of cancer that begins in the lymphatic system.

Fonda, 84, detailed her diagnosis in an Instagram caption and revealed that she had already started chemotherapy.

“This is a very treatable cancer,” she wrote. “80% of people survive, so I feel very lucky.”

Fonda said that she would undergo chemo treatments for six months and would not let her treatments interrupt her climate activism. She says she is handling the chemo well.

The activist also used her caption as an opportunity to call attention to the importance of healthcare. She noted her privilege of having access to top-notch care while recognizing that not everyone is as fortunate.

“I’m also lucky because I have health insurance and access to the best doctors and treatments. I realize, and it’s painful, that I am privileged in this,” she continued. “Almost every family in America has had to deal with cancer at one time or another, and far too many don’t have access to the quality health care I am receiving, and this is not right.”

She finished her caption by reminding her followers that the midterm elections are right around the corner. She emphasized the importance of getting to the polls this fall.

“The midterms are looming, and they are beyond consequential, so you can count on me to be right there together with you as we grow our army of climate champions,” Fonda said.

Blac Chyna Named Top Earner on OnlyFans, Raking In $20 Million Monthly

Blac Chyna has been quiet as of late, and that’s because the social media influencer is heavily in her bag.

The model and beauty brand founder is still in high demand, with fans flocking to her Only Fans monthly for racy exclusive content. In fact, Chyna has now been crowned the highest earning celebrity on the app, making a staggering $20 million monthly.

Chyna is not the only star making big bucks on Only Fans, especially since the massive growth that OF has experienced over the last two years. For 2021, the company reported a 160% increase in revenue, which equated to $932 million. The platform has created a way for celebrities and independent creators to bring in additional income. Bella Thorne came in at number two on the top earner list, making $11 million per month, while Cardi B was number three, earning $9.34 million monthly. Earlier this year, rapper Rubi Rose reported that she too was living comfortably from only Fans, making around $300,000 monthly.

Chyna recently lost a $100 million defamation suit against the Kardashians, but its clear money is no issue for the 34-year-old. In addition to OF, Chyna is the founder of Lashed. The once strictly eyelash company has expanded over the years, now carrying a wide variety of makeup and skincare products. Her online boutique, BlacChynaCloset.com has also seen an influx in sales from loyal fans. She has also found success in reality television, starring in 2016’s “Rob & Chyna” on E! and “The Real Blac Chyna” on the Zeus network.

Ohio Father Intentionally Leaves 1-Year-Old Son In Hot Car, Faces Murder Charges

An Ohio father is accused of intentionally leaving his 1-year-old son in a hot car for over five hours.

New Philadelphia Police Chief Michael Goodwin says the small child was unresponsive when he was brought to the emergency room by his father, 19-year-old Landon Parrot.

“During the initial investigation, the Detectives found inconsistent information being given by the father,” Chief Goodwin wrote on the police department’s Facebook page.

Police confronted the father on his conflicting stories, and that’s when he allegedly came clean.

“The child passed away after being left in the car unattended for approximately 5 hours, with an outside temperature of 87 degrees,” according to Goodwin. “During the interview, it appears that this was not a matter of forgetting the child but was a deliberate act so the child would not be a disturbance while in the house.”

The father was booked on Friday and faces charges of murder, two counts of endangering children, and involuntary manslaughter, police confirmed on the post.

He’s being held at the Tuscarawas County Jail on a $250,000 bond, CNN reported.
