Photographed by Shaira Luna in a field in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, the musician was able to "reconnect with her roots," the magazine said.
On the cover, H.E.R is dressed in a white bridegroom pantsuit by Randolf.
In other photos, she wears an emerald green ball gown by Al Rey Rosano, a blue pantsuit with white details, and many more high fashion looks.
H.E.R. shared her excitement on Instagram.
“Never thought I would be on the cover of Vogue,” she said.
“[The] fact that it’s VOGUE PHILIPPINES means EVERYTHING TO ME[.] I am so grateful and excited for this next chapter…. LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!”

It looks like Eboni K. Williams isn’t too fond of NeNe Leakes’ recent comments.
During a recent appearance on The Breakfast Club, NeNe Leakes shared her thoughts on The Real Housewives franchise and discussed the difference between being famous vs. being known. In her discussion, NeNe shared her feelings that many of the women involved with the Housewives franchise are not stars.
She explained, “Like, these girls on these shows, they’re just not stars. If you really look at it, all of the stars that were on any of these franchises, they took them off and everybody that is left is starless.”
When asked about The Real Housewives of New York City, NeNe claimed to not know who was on the show. Leakes was then asked about Eboni K. Williams being on the show, to which she replied,
“I don’t know her either. Is she famous or is she known?”
Now, Eboni K. Williams is guest hosting on The Breakfast Club and recently took the time to respond to NeNe Leakes’ claims. While on the show, Williams showed proof that NeNe in fact does know her. The former Real Housewives of New York City star pulled out her phone and showed direct messages from NeNe Leakes herself. Apparently, NeNe DM’d Eboni asking if she was still on the show. According to Eboni, NeNe later called her and the two had a “lovely” conversation.
Further proving her point, Eboni K. Williams noted that NeNe Leakes named her in her discrimination lawsuit against Bravo.
Williams said, “I was named in NeNe’s legal complaint. I’m actually a named person as an example of the racial discrimination that she alleged Bravo of participating in. She cites my example, what I went through with Ramona on camera. So the court documents say you do know me NeNe.”
As previously reported, last year, the reality star turned businesswoman sued Bravo and Andy Cohen over claims that she suffered years of racist remarks from her former co-star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, who is white.
According to the lawsuit, NeNe was subjected to consequences from the network and their respective production companies because they,
“foster a corporate and workplace culture in which racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior is tolerated — if not, encouraged.”
The TV personality also accused Andy of getting her Blacklisted after she called them out for racist behavior.
NeNe Leakes has yet to directly respond to Eboni K. Williams’ remarks. However, she did leave a comment in our IG section today (Feb. 1) telling Williams to give her a call.
#MusicNews: Musiq Soulchild Shares Release Date For Hit-Boy Produced Album “Victims & Villains”
Musiq Soulchild caused plenty of excitement last month when he announced that he had a new album on the way produced by super producer Hit-Boy.
The legendary Hip-Hop Soul artist has just announced that the album will be called “Victims & Villains”, and will release on March 10th, 2023.
We haven’t gotten a taste of the new music that will be featured on the album yet, but we can only dream about what these two creative geniuses have cooked up.
It has been quite a while since the last full length album from Musiq Soulchild. He released the double album “Feel The Real” back in 2017. He’s remained very busy over the years though, collaborating with other artists on their songs, releasing music as part of the group Lumi Trice, and also releasing the “Dewitt 4 Dilla” mixtape in 2020.
In addition, Musiq Soulchild will soon be heading out on the “Soul II Soul” tour with Kem & Ledisi later this month.
#HipHopNews: Dr. Dre's 'The Chronic' Is Back On Streaming Services
Thirty years since its release, Dr. Dre’s The Chronic is returning to streaming services.
The rap icon’s groundbreaking debut album will again be available to fans on all major DSPs starting today via its original distributor, Interscope Records, which released The Chronic in 1992 in partnership with Death Row Records. It arrives alongside a special Chronic merch collection.
According to Variety, the album disappeared from streaming services after Snoop Dogg acquired the catalog of Suge Knight’s Death Row Records last year.
“I am thrilled to bring the Chronic home to its original distribution partner, Interscope Records,” Dre said in a statement. “Working alongside my longtime colleagues, Steve Berman and John Janick, to re-release the album and make it available to fans all over the world is a full circle moment for me.”
John Janick, Chairman of Interscope Geffen A&M, added: “From my first day at Interscope the significance of Dr. Dre as a foundational artist at this label was incredibly important to me. We take our responsibility to Dre and his amazing body of work very seriously and we are honored to work closely with him on this re-release of one of the most important albums of all time.”
Released on December 15, 1992, The Chronic peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and launched Dre’s solo career, spawning hits including “Nuthin’ But a “G” Thang” featuring Snoop Dogg and “F– Wit Dre Day.”
The announcement comes amid reports that Dre is nearing a deal to sell his music income streams and assets to Shamrock Holdings and Universal Music Group in a deal valued at over $200 million.
Missy Elliott, A Tribe Called Quest Nominated and others are Nominated for the 2023 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame
The nominees for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame are in. Missy Elliott and A Tribe Called Quest are among the nominees for the Class of 2023, it was announced today. They join a prestigious list that also includes George Michael, Kate Bush, the White Stripes, Sheryl Crow, Iron Maiden, Joy Division/New Order, Cyndi Lauper, Willie Nelson, Rage Against the Machine, Soundgarden, the Spinners, and Warren Zevon.
This is the second nomination for A Tribe Called Quest, the hip-hop group consisting of Q-Tip, Ali Shaheed Muhammad, Jarobi White, and the late Phife Dawg, who passed away in 2016.
Missy Elliott, who appears in her first year of eligibility, becomes the first female rapper to receive a nomination.
“I’ve cried my eyes out,” tweeted the “Get Ur Freak On” MC. “I’ve always dreamed big but to be nominated for this is bigger than I dreamed & I am so Humbly Grateful to @rockhall & to all my fans who helped me get here to please vote.”
She also acknowledged the significance of the nomination. “This is so important for us women in Hiphop because there’s never been a female rapper nominated & hopefully this nomination will open the door,” she added
The top vote-getters will be announced in May and inducted in the fall. To be eligible for this year’s ballot, each nominee’s first single or album had to have been released in 1998 or earlier.
“This remarkable list of Nominees reflects the diverse artists and music that the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame honors and celebrates,” said John Sykes, Chairman of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation. “These artists have created their own sounds that have impacted generations and influenced countless others that have followed in their footsteps.”
Eminem was inducted during the last Hall of Fame induction ceremony in November. He joins Run-D.M.C., N.W.A., JAY-Z, LL Cool J, The Notorious B.I.G., Tupac Shakur, Public Enemy, Beastie Boys, and Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five as the only hip-hop acts to be inducted in the Rock Hall’s 40-year history.
A Father 'Gone Too Soon': Tyre Nichols Funeral Held In Memphis
Tyre Nichols' family spoke at the funeral alongside Reverend Al Sharpton and high-profile attorney Ben Crump
Family, friends and civil rights leaders gathered in Memphis on Wednesday to mourn the death of 29-year-old father Tyre Nichols.
Mr Nichols died three days after he was beaten by police following a traffic stop.
Five officers were charged last week over his death.
Relatives as well as national figures, including Vice-President Kamala Harris and actor Spike Lee, came to Tennessee to pay their respects.
During the three-hour ceremony that featured gospel songs and African drumming, those who knew Mr Nichols spoke of a kind and caring father who enjoyed skateboarding and photography, while many called for police reforms.
Rev. Dr J. Lawrence Turner, a pastor at Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church, began the service by mourning a "son, father, brother, friend, human being gone too soon and denied his rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness".
Several other prominent leaders also gave speeches, including Vice-President Harris, who told Mr Nichols' family the country was mourning with them.
"Mothers around the world, when their babies are born, pray to God when they hold that child that that body and that life will be safe," she said. "Yet we have a mother and a father who mourn the life of a young man who should be here today."
She called Mr Nichols' death "an act of violence at the hands and the feet of people who have been charged with keeping them safe", and called on Congress to pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act.
Graphic bodycam footage of Mr Nichols' encounter with police released last week showed him being brutally punched, kicked, pepper-sprayed and hit by police officers.
Mr Nichols was black, as are the police officers now charged with second-degree murder, assault, kidnapping, official misconduct and oppression.
None have not entered a plea, but lawyers for two of the men earlier said they would contest the charges.

The families of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor, both of whom died as a result of police violence, were also in attendance.
Mr Nichols' siblings remembered their brother as someone who touched many lives, including older sister Keyana Dixon, who said through tears that her younger brother was "robbed of his life, his passions and his talents, but not his light".
Mr Nichols' other sister recited a poem titled "I'm just trying to go home", a reference to what Mr Nichols' told police officers in bodycam footage.
"I've skated across barriers designed to hold me back. I'm just trying to go home, where the love is loud and the smiles are warm, like the sunsets that come for me in the coldest of my storms," she said.
Civil rights leader Reverend Al Sharpton noted Mr Nichols was murdered in the same city as Dr Martin Luther King Jr 55 years before. There's "nothing more insulting and offensive" than police officers beating their "brother" to death, he said.
"If that man had been white you wouldn't have beat him like that that night," he said, pledging to never let Mr Nichols' "memory die".

Ben Crump, the high-profile attorney representing Mr Nichols' family, said police failed to see him as a human being. He said the world needed to secure "equal justice" for Mr Nichols.
He and other civil rights activists have argued police culture is to blame for Mr Nichols' death.
They have said Memphis Police Chief Cerelyn Davis' swift response in charging the five police officers should be a"blueprint" for justice going forward.
Ms Davis has said the treatment of Mr Nichols "defied humanity".

Mr Nichols' mother, RowVaughn Wells, who spoke briefly during the service, also urged lawmakers to pass the George Floyd policing act because "there should be no other child that's suffered" the way her son and many others have, she said.
The youngest of four children, Mr Nichols grew up in Sacramento, California before moving to Memphis in 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic to be closer to his mother. He was a father to a four-year-old boy, and worked at FedEx with his stepfather Rodney Wells.
A photo slideshow played during the funeral displayed Mr Nichols' many life passions, including capturing sunsets on camera and spending time with his son.
Alyssa Milano Apologizes To Britney Spears After Singer Accuses Her Of Bullying
Alyssa Milano has offered a mea culpa for her tweet about Britney Spears. After the "Toxic" hitmaker accused her of bullying, the former star of "Charmed" reportedly issued an apology to the singer.
According to TMZ, Alyssa apologized to Britney through a private message on Wednesday morning, February 1. However, it remains unclear whether the musician has responded to the actress' message.
Britney slammed Alyssa on Tuesday by sharing a screenshot of the latter's Twitter post that read, "Someone please go check on Britney Spears." Alongside the picture, which was posted on Instagram Story, the "Gimme More" songstress fumed, "It saddens me to see things about me from people who don't know me !!!"
"This definitely feels like a form of bullying !!!" she went on arguing. "Ladies, we are supposed to be rooting for one another not pulling one another down !!!"
Britney herself once again sparked concerns among fans after deleting her Instagram page. It prompted them to call in authorities to perform a welfare check on her.
The wife of Sam Asghari, however, assured her online devotees that she's "never felt better." She declared, "Since everyone thinks they know my story. Think again!!! ... Nope I'm not having a breakdown … I am who I am and moving forward in my life. I have never felt better!!!"
Britney went on to call herself "River Red", a name she has previously used for herself on social media. She then made it clear that she's simply enjoying being able to speak freely after spending more than a decade being controlled by a conservatorship.
She also insisted she's actually "boring as hell" and doesn't drink alcohol because she's realized she doesn't like it. The "Everytime" star added, "I'm not this girl or that girl … I am River Red … and being able to volumise my voice in a world where I lost my rights … for 15 years … gives me an opportunity to succeed !!! ..."
Serena Williams Urges People To Forgive Will Smith After Oscars Slap
Serena Williams believes it's time to forgive Will Smith following his Oscars slap scandal. The retired tennis athlete discussed the March 2022 incident during her sit-down with Gayle King on "CBS Mornings".
In the interview, Serena noted that "we're all human" who made mistakes. She also talked about Questlove presenting an Oscar in the Best Documentary category for "Summer of Soul" immediately after Will took the stage to slap Chris Rock for joking about his wife Jada Pinkett Smith's bald head.
"I thought it was such an incredible film and I feel that there was an incredible film after that with Questlove that kind of was overshadowed," Serena shared of the movie. "But I also feel that I've been in a position where I've been under a lot of pressure and made a tremendous amount of mistakes, and I'm the kind of person that's just like, 'I've been there. I've made a mistake. It's not the end of the world.' "
The 23-time Grand Slam winner went on to note, "We're all imperfect and we're all human and let's just be kind to each other. So, that's often forgotten a lot."
Serena's father Richard also previously showed support for Will, who won an Oscar for his role as Richard in "King Richard". Weighing on the scandal for the first time, Richard insinuated the Academy's subsequent decision to ban the 57-year-old actor, who resigned as a member of the organization, from the Oscars and other gala events for 10 years was too long.
"I think that whatever [Will] wants to do, that's what he should do. People are going to think what they want to think," Richard said last month.
"If he apologized [that's good], however he wants to deal with the situation. I wouldn't judge anyone. They should let him keep his Oscar, too. When a person [has] worked for [it] so much, then leave it alone. I really appreciate him doing so very much so I could never criticize him," he added. Saying the ban was too harsh, he continued, "Just two days, that's enough, that's very much."
Uzo Aduba to Star in Shondaland's New White House Murder-Mystery Series 'The Residence' at Netflix
The 41-year-old three-time Emmy-winning actress has signed on to star the streaming service’s upcoming White House murder-mystery series titled The Residence from Shondaland duo Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers.
Here’s the synopsis for The Residence, per Netflix: “132 rooms. 157 suspects. One dead body. One wildly eccentric detective. One disastrous State Dinner. The Residence is a screwball whodunnit set in the upstairs, downstairs and backstairs of the White House, among the eclectic staff of the world’s most famous mansion.”
The series uses Kate Andersen Brower’s book, The Residence: Inside the Private World of the White House, as a jumping off point.
Uzo will portray “Cordelia Cupp, a consulting detective for the Metropolitan Police Department. Cupp is an astute observer of human behavior, with a distinctive and — to some, unsettling — conversational style,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The Residence will mark Uzo‘s return to Netflix after she starred as Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren in all seven seasons of Orange is the New Black, earning her two Emmy awards. She earned her third Emmy for her role as Shirley Chisholm in the Hulu miniseries Mrs. America.
The upcoming series will be the fourth series in Shondaland’s overall deal with Netflix, which already includes Bridgerton and its upcoming Queen Charlotte prequel series, along with the limited series Inventing Anna.
SWV and Xscape Announce Six-Part Limited Series on Bravo: ‘SWV & Xscape: Queens of R&B’
R&B girl groups SWV and Xscape will participate in a special six-part limited series on Bravo.
On March 5 at 9:30 pm ET/PT, Bravo will air the first episode of SWV & Xscape: Queens of R&B. The upcoming series was inspired by their 2021 Verzuz.
The series will consist of all members from each group: Tamara “Taj” George, Cheryl “Coko” Gamble, Leanne “Lelee” Lyons of SWV and Kandi Burruss, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, LaTocha Scott-Bivens, and Tamika Scott of Xscape.
According to the press release, “this six-part limited series puts fans in a VIP front-row seat and offers backstage access to ’90s nostalgia as SWV and XSCAPE pull back the curtain on their personal and professional lives and prepare to hit the stage together.”

Broadway's New Musical 'New York, New York' Announces Full Cast, Plus Watch the Trailer!
The full cast for the highly anticipated Broadway musical New York, New York has been announced and there’s a gorgeous trailer out now too!
The new musical will feature music by the legendary duo John Kander and Fred Ebb along with additional lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
It was previously announced that Colton Ryan and Anna Uzele will lead the show as Jimmy Doyle and Francine Evans. Now the rest of the cast has been revealed.

Taylor Lautner Reveals He Thought Kanye West Interrupting Taylor Swift at the 2009 VMAs Was a ‘Practiced Skit’
Taylor Lautner is going back to the 2009 Video Music Awards. The Twilight star recalled the night that then-girlfriend Taylor Swift’s awards show win was overshadowed by Kanye West.
Not only did Lautner, 30, revisit the incident — he also expressed his regret over his initial reaction. During the Wednesday, February 1, episode of his “The Squeeze” podcast, wife Taylor Dome asked him which career moment he’d choose to relive again.
“Probably the 2009 VMAs when I presented the award to Taylor,” the Valentine’s Day actor replied. “[I] was unaware that the Kanye thing was not a skit.”
During the September 2009 awards show, Lautner was tasked with presenting the Best Female Video award. He announced that Swift, now 33, had won the coveted honor for her “You Belong With Me” music video. As the Valentine’s Day actress — whom Lautner dated between August and December 2009 — started to begin her speech, she was interrupted when West, now 45, rushed onto the stage.
“Yo, Taylor, I’m really happy for you, I’mma let you finish. But Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time [with ‘Single Ladies’]! One of the best videos of all time,” the Yeezy designer proclaimed, grabbing the microphone.
West shrugged his shoulders before handing the microphone back to the country star. Swift and Beyoncé, now 41, were both stunned. The “Drunk in Love” songstress was even seen mouthing “Oh, my God,” during the outburst. (Beyoncé later invited Swift to “have her moment” and complete her speech after "Single Ladies" won Video of the Year.)
“Yeah [we had just gone public with our relationship] and I presented the award to her, so I gave her the award [and] I took five steps back and was standing five feet behind her,” Lautner recalled to his wife, whom he married in November 2022, on Wednesday’s podcast episode. “In the middle of giving her thank-you speech, Kanye jumps up onto the stage.”
He continued: “I can barely hear it. I can’t see them. I’m just assuming that this whole thing was a practiced and rehearsed skit because why else would Kanye West be jumping up on the stage, interrupting Taylor Swift? It just didn’t make sense."
Dome, who joked that she was “deceased” that her spouse addressed the infamous awards show feud during their joint podcast, agreed with Lautner’s spur-of-the-moment reaction.
“He jumped off, she finished [and] the second she turned back around and I saw her face for the first time, I was like, ‘Oh. No, that wasn’t good,’” the Abduction star added.
The “Stronger” rapper later apologized for his actions directly to Swift.
“Kanye did call me and he was very sincere in his apology, and I accepted that apology,” the “Anti-Hero” songstress told ABC Radio later that year. “The support I got from other artists and from the fans, and so many people sticking up for me, that's what got me to the place where I could accept that apology. And I'm just very thankful that everyone showed me so much love.”
When Swift released her Speak Now record one year later, it was rumored that “Innocent” was penned about the incident and subsequent apology, though the Pennsylvania native never publicly confirmed it.
The “Carolina” singer and West later reignited their feud in 2016. That February, the Chicago native rapped in his track “Famous” that he “made that bitch famous” and featured a Swift lookalike in the music video.
Damar Hamlin Teams with American Heart Association to Promote CPR Training | Video
*Damar Hamlin has teamed up with the American Heart Association (AHA) to promote CPR training.
The Buffalo Bills safety announced the partnership on his Instagram on Tuesday, noting that CPR saved his life when he went into cardiac arrest on the field last month and collapsed.
“Excited to be teaming up with @american_heart in a BIG way!” Hamlin captioned a video announcing the new initiative, ABC News reports.
“I want to thank everybody for the love and support over these past few weeks,” Hamlin said in the video.
He added: “As you know, CPR saved my life earlier this year on the field and CPR could easily save your life or someone you love.”
The “Damar Hamlin 3 for Heart Challenge” aims to teach people how to perform hands-only CPR.
As EUR previously reported, Hamiln, 24, had to be resuscitated twice after going into cardiac arrest on Jan. 2 at Paycor Stadium against the Cincinnati Bengals during Monday Night Football. He collapsed on the field in the first quarter after suffering an injury from an open field tackle of Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins. Hamlin was administered CPR before being transported in an ambulance to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
Hamlin was hospitalized at UC Medical Center and released after nine days. He has since been providing fans and supporters with updates about this health.
Audible Announces Michelle Obama’s ‘The Light Podcast’ to Debut in March
*Audible, Inc. has teamed with Higher Ground for the release of Michelle Obama’s new podcast that will debut next month.
Obama’s podcast titled, “Michelle Obama: The Light Podcast” is the first Original project in the multi-year first-look production deal between Audible and the former first lady’s production company.
The weekly podcast drops in March exclusively on Audible for two weeks, then available widely wherever podcasts are found.

Philadelphia Eagles Offensive Lineman Josh Sills Indicted For Rape And Kidnapping
Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Josh Sills has been indicted by a Guernsey County Common Pleas Court grand jury for a single count of rape and kidnapping.
A release from the Ohio attorney general website notes Sills held a victim against her will and engaged in non-consensual sexual activity in December 2019. Sills, 25, was given the summons to appear in Guernsey County Common Pleas Court on February 16 at 1 p.m. ET.
After the indictment, the NFL placed Sills on the commissioner’s exempt list, which does not allow him to travel or participate in practice with the Eagles.
On Dec. 5, 2019, an officer responded to a report of a sexual assault. The woman stated a man dropped her and her cousin off at the family member’s place. Once one of the women excited the car, the man pulled the woman back into the truck, leading to an attack that included oral sex. The woman suffered bruising in the back of her throat and inner lip. There were also bruises on her right ear and knee.
The news comes ahead of the Eagles’ matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII on Feb. 12 in Glendale, Arizona. According to ESPN, Sills played in just one game for the Eagles this season, appearing against the Arizona Cardinals.
Amar’e Stoudemire Battery Charges Against Daughter Dismissed
Back in December, social media was shocked when Amar’e Stoudemire’s mugshot was posted following his arrest. The retired NBA player was arrested for allegedly slapping and punching his teen daughter following her graduation from the University of Miami.
The Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office on Tuesday confirmed to CBS Miami that misdemeanor battery charges have been dropped against Amar’e Stoudemire, the former NBA star who had been accused of punching and slapping one of his teen daughters last month.
In an emailed statement, the state attorney’s office said “the case was dropped due to the failure of the victim to cooperate in the prosecution of the criminal case.”
He also released a statement following his arrest.
“Over the last 24 hours, an incident at my family home led to my being charged with assaulting my daughter. It is an allegation based on a report that does not square with the facts. I am of the Jewish faith, today Jewish people all over the world celebrate Hanukkah and hear the story of how we fought wickedness. I believe that ‘whatever is hateful to you, do not do to others.’ As the investigation unfolds, the facts will show the allegations to be groundless as my daughter’s medical condition is not the result of being assaulted by a father who is nearly 7 feet tall and weighs 250 pounds. I could never see myself assaulting any person, especially my children. I respect, protect, and love my family, particularly my children. As a father, I ask for your grace as we secure our space and privacy.”

Krispy Kreme has announced a new limited-time item for Valentine’s Day.
Starting Jan 30, the donut chain will offer heart-shaped donuts filled with Hershey’s chocolate.
Each Valentine’s Day box will include 4 of the following donut flavors: the Hershey’s Pick You, which is dipped in chocolate icing and topped with a decorative buttercream rose; the Hershey’s Double Chocolate Kiss, which comes filled and dipped with milk chocolate and topped with mini milk chocolate kisses; the Hershey’s Strawberry Dream, which is decorated with red icing and white chocolate chips and topped with sprinkles; and the Hershey’s Chocolate Chip Caramel Kreme, which is filled with the brand’s signature cream and topped with caramel icing, drizzles of chocolate, semi-sweet chips, and sprinkles.
The boxes will include two donuts of each flavor and four of Krispy Kreme’s signature glazed donuts.
