#RHOA: Kandi Burruss Confirms The Next Season of RHOA Has Started Filming!
Multiple Bravo TV shows have started filming. This now includes Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Kandi Burruss confirmed that the main thing that the network is concerned with is the safety of their talent when it comes to COVID-19. The Chi actress explained that they are being tested all the time to keep everyone safe.
She explained to Extra TV: ‘We’re getting tested all the time. That’s what we have to do to be to continue to tape together, we have to make sure everyone’s status is negative.’
Kandi is booked and busy per usual. In addition to being a new mom for the third time, she and Todd Tucker are having to get creative with the way they do business.
The couple is the owner of multiple successful Old Lady Gang restaurants that are being hit hard by the pandemic. This will most likely be a part of her storyline for the new season.
Speaking of storylines, rumor has it that Porsha Williams’ loud and proud activism will be a major part of the show.
Burruss may not have left off the last season on good terms with the granddaughter of Hosea Williams but the ladies have all agreed that the Black Lives Matter reawakening is far more important than whatever petty drama they were fighting over.
Kandi praised her co-star. ‘I’m really proud of Porsha… Because she’s keeping Breonna Taylor’s name out there. She’s on the front lines. She’s risking herself with her own freedom to be out there, talking about what needs to be talked about.’
So far, Porsha, Kandi, Kenya Moore, and Cynthia Bailey have all been slated to return. Nene Leakes is said to still be negotiating on what capacity she wants to return in.

August Alsina is making the most of his entanglement. The singer has collaborated with Rick Ross on a new song called “Entanglements,” inspired by his headline-making relationship with Jada Pinkett Smith. Over the OG Parker-produced track, August starts off by defining the word.
“The definition of entanglement / It’s when you tangle in the sheets,” he sings. “Girl, I know that we don’t call it a relationship / But you’re still fu**in’ with me.”

Birdman is ready to retire from rap, but not before releasing another album with Lil Wayne.
During Young Money Radio on Friday, the last episode of the season, Weezy welcomed more special guests including Chris Brown, August Alsina, 2 Chainz, and his former Cash Money boss, who was his final guest on the show. Despite their past issues and legal battle, it was all love between the two as they reflected on their relationship and Wayne’s days at Cash Money.
“I’d like to welcome my pops to the show,” said Wayne while introducing Baby. “And put some respek on his fu**ing name.”
During the last minutes of the interview, Birdman told Wayne that he wants to record a sequel to their 2006 joint album Like Father, Like Son. “I would like to do a Like Father, Like Son Two,” he announced.
Tunechi was quick to sign on. “Man, come on. You ain’t got to ask. Come on, man, that was not a question,” he said before promising to send Birdman some music. “Man, come on, man. You know I’m going to send you six joints for you to put the verses to them. You know how I do, man.”
Birdman, who settled his lawsuit with Wayne in 2018, revealed that he plans to put down the mic once and for all. “Real round, that was me. You know I’m done rapping,” he said. “Rapping ain’t for me no more, I’m done with that shit. I like to make rappers, that’s what I do.”
But before he retires, he wants to put out one final project with Wayne. “Real rap. So, I just want it to be my little farewell thing. I want to go out how I came in.”
“Say less,” added Wayne.
The Cash Money mogul recently paid $225,000 in rent for hundreds of subsidized tenants and families in the projects of New Orleans during the COVID crisis. And he wants to do even more for his hometown. “I want to buy all the projects,” Stunna told Wayne. “That’s one of my goals for the rest of my life. I’ma purchase all the projects in New Orleans and let everybody live for free.”
Kanye West Criticizes Harriet Tubman At His Political Rally!
Rapper Kanye West, in his first event since declaring himself a presidential candidate, ranted against historical figure Harriet Tubman on Sunday, saying the Underground Railroad conductor “never actually freed the slaves, she just had them work for other white people,” comments that drew shouts of opposition from some in the crowd.
West delivered a lengthy monologue, touching on topics from abortion and religion to international trade and licensing deals, before a crowd in North Charleston, South Carolina. Whether he is actually seeking the nation’s highest office remains a question.
Tubman is one of the most respected figures of 19th century America. An African American who escaped slavery, she helped enslaved Black men and women travel north to freedom and fought for the Union during the Civil War. She later became a supporter of women’s suffrage.
On abortion, West said that while he believes it should be legal, financial incentives to help struggling mothers could be a way to discourage the practice.
“Everybody that has a baby gets a million dollars,” he said as an example.
Wearing a protective vest and with “2020” shaved into his head, the entertainer appeared on a livestream of the event. Several hundred people gathered in a venue, where gospel music played before West’s appearance.
The event was reportedly for registered guests only, although a campaign website had no registration or RSVP information.
Speaking without a microphone, West became tearful at one point while talking about his mother, who died following plastic surgery complications in 2007.
West missed the deadline to qualify for the ballot in several states, and it was unclear if he was willing or able to collect enough signatures required to qualify in others. Last week, he qualified to appear on Oklahoma’s presidential ballot, the first state where he met the requirements before the filing deadline.
West needed to collect 10,000 signatures by noon Monday to appear on the South Carolina ballot, according to state law. The entertainer tweeted out a list of locations around the Charleston area where petitions could be signed. Email to an address purportedly associated with the campaign was not returned Sunday afternoon.
West, who is married to reality television star Kim Kardashian West, initially announced his candidacy on July 4.
‘Black Is King’: Beyoncé’s ‘Project Comes to Life in New Disney+ Trailer!
Disney+ has released a new (and somehow even more stunning) trailer for Black Is King. The visual album comes from Beyoncé, who wrote, directed, and executive produced. Black Is King is based on the music of her album The Lion King: The Gift, made for 2019’s live-action The Lion King which she co-starred in alongside Donald Glover, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Seth Rogen, Billy Eichner, John Oliver, and Alfre Woodard.
The newest trailer for Black Is King comes jam-packed with gorgeous visuals. This should come as no surprise as Beyoncé’s aesthetic has been fine-tuned in recent years to pack as powerful a punch as possible while rightfully centering Blackness as high art. More apparent in this trailer is how Beyoncé has adapted the Lion King story to her own creative eye. Familiar lines from The Lion King ring out as we watch a young boy become a man as he travels far from his birthplace and into the unknown world. The trailer also reveals some of the famous faces recruited for the Black Is King cast, including Beyoncé’s husband, Jay-Z, and mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson, as well as Lupita Nyong’o, Naomi Campbell, and Kelly Rowland.
With the arrival of this trailer comes exciting information about the release plans for Black Is King. In addition to its Disney+ debut, Black Is King will be made available across the African Continent. Mickey Rourke Berates 'Crybaby' Robert De Niro In Angry Instagram Post: 'Gonna Embarrass You Severely'!
Actor Mickey Rourke has some strong feelings for fellow thespian Robert De Niro.
Rourke, 67, took to Instagram to lash out at De Niro, 76, in an expletive-laden post. Rourke accused De Niro of making negative comments to the media about him, referring to Rourke as a “liar.”
“Hey Robert De Niro, that’s right I am talking to you, you big f****** crybaby. A friend of mine just recently told me that a few months back you’re quoted as saying to newspapers ‘Mickey Rourke’s a liar he talks all kind of s***,’” Rourke captioned the post, which featured an old film still of the Oscar winner.
Rourke continued on his diatribe, threatening that he would “embarrass” De Niro “severely.”
“Listen Mr. Tough Guy in the movies, you’re the 1st person that ever called me a liar and it was in a newspaper. Let me tell you something, you punk a**, when I see you I swear to God on my grandmother, on my brother and all my dogs, [I’m] gonna embarrass you severely 100 percent,” he wrote, signing the post “Mickey Rourke. As God is my witness.”
It’s not the first time Rourke has expressed his anger toward De Niro, with whom he co-starred in Alan Parker’s 1987 film Angel Heart. Just last year, Rourke told an Italian TV show that De Niro blocked him from getting a part in Martin Scorsese’s 2019 epic crime drama The Irishman, which chronicled the life of former hitman Frank Sheeran.
"Marty Scorsese wanted to meet me for a movie with Al Pacino, Joe Pesci and Robert De Niro," Rourke revealed to Live – Non è la D’Urso, the Independent reported at the time. "The casting person told my manager that Robert De Niro said he refused to work with me in a movie."
Losing the role greatly “upset” Rourke, because he needed the money at the time, he added. But he also “looked up” to De Niro until they had a negative interaction on the Angel Heart set. Rourke, who played a private detective contracted by De Niro’s character to track down a famous singer, claimed De Niro told him back then that “I think it’s better if we don’t talk.”
“Now I don’t look up to him no more; I look through him,” Rourke said during his Live – Non è la D’Urso. appearance. “I came up from the s***. He doesn’t know that life. I lived that f****** life, so every time I look him in the face I look right through his a******.”
According to Page Six, a spokesman for De Niro dismissed Rourke’s earlier statements about The Irishman.
“According to The Irishman producers, Jane Rosenthal and Emma Tillinger Koskoff, and casting director Ellen Lewis, Mickey Rourke was never asked to be in The Irishman nor was he ever even thought of, discussed or considered to be in the movie,” De Niro’s rep told the New York Post last September.

Alex Trebek Announces That He Will Stop Chemotherapy If His Current Round Isn’t Successful!
Longtime Jeopardy host, Alex Trebek, celebrated beating the odds this past March by surpassing his one year, stage 4 pancreatic cancer diagnosis (there is only an 18% one-year survival rate). And although he is feeling great, he announced plans to discontinue his cancer treatment if his latest round of chemo fails.
“I am doing well. I have been continuing my treatment, and it is paying off, though it does fatigue me a great deal,” Trebek said.
The show host credits his strength to still having the opportunity to do tapings of Jeopardy.
“Oddly enough, when we started taping I suddenly started to regain my strength,” he said after noting that he could hardly get out of bed in the morning. “It’s the strangest thing. It is some kind of an elixir.”
Like many productions, the show is on a hiatus. But he has been shooting show openings in his home, as well as, promotional videos and updates.
In regards to his one-year milestone, Trebek commented in a YouTube video, that he was very much happy to have reached the marker, admitting that the journey was not at all easy.
He plans to celebrate another milestone in March of 2021.
There is no definite answer on to when Trebek will do his final taping but, “he does worry that his performance is declining,” PEOPLE reported from Trebek’s interview with The New York Times.
“It’s a quality program, and I think I do a good job hosting it, and when I start slipping, I’ll stop hosting,” he said.

Of course, many of her fans just questioned the situation, hoping Grande may address it in the near future. Interestingly, there is a tattoo in the middle of the shot which may give a hint she is lying in a different position. But, her fans are stumped with the post.
In the other photos, Ariana appears to be chillin' with her dogs inside her $13 Million estate in the Hollywood Hills, and she looks amazing as usual.
But, a few fans can't help themselves but point out it may be the pregnancy 'glow' that is boosting the look in these photos!

'RHOP' Star Candiace Dillard Says Kim Kardashian Doesn’t Care About Kanye West!
“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Candiace Dillard says Kim Kardashian doesn’t care about her husband Kanye West and believes the rapper should be committed.
The reality star took to Instagram to share her thoughts on Kanye’s rally in South Carolina. During the event, Kanye ranted on stage while a small crowd of people looked on. At one point he spoke about the underground railroad hero Harriet Tubman. Kanye ended up crying and had to be consoled by the crow.
The entire thing did not sit well with Candiace who wrote, “I’ve been boiling about this. It is an emergency. Mental health is no laughing matter. And at a time when we are calling ourselves re-evaluating the value of Black lives, one, in particular, seems to hang in the balance while those who have the power to intercede sit by and collect chèques and do nothing. If I’m wrong, I’ll say I’m wrong. But I don’t think I am. Excuse my profanity.”
She released a lengthy video expressing her opinions. Candiace started, “The Kardashians don’t give a fuck about Kanye West. They could give zero fucks about Kanye West, the man, the person, the black man, the black person. They could give zero. And if that was never clear to you before, let this circus be the exact example you need to see that.”
The “RHOP” star said she never bought into the hate towards the Kardashians until now. She said, “I’ve always tried to see the good. But this incident, this chain of events, I cannot ignore what everyone has been saying, what everyone has always said about all of them. All of those women who conveniently happened to end up with black men.”
She added, “Because if my husband was out in the public eye having a manic episode .. having mental breakdowns .. and making a complete mockery of our political system. I would be gearing to enroll him in a conservatorship.”
Kanye West needs to be committed, temporarily, he is not well. The fact that his family … are allowing him to be out in the world and making a complete ass of himself. I can’t even begin how angry it makes me see these white women allow this sick black man to be out here looking crazy.”
Future's Baby Mama Eliza Reign Shows Off Rapper's 1-Year-Old Daughter!
Rapper Future’s baby mama Eliza Reign is showing off their adorable daughter amid their nasty support battle.
Eliza shared a photo of their kid Reign relaxing on the Florida beach while sitting in a pink chair. She captioned the post, “Sunday Funday”
Over the weekend, Eliza had some fun on a bot while rocking a blue bikini with strategically placed cutouts.
As previously reported, Eliza and Future have been battling it out in court for over a year. Eliza sued the rapper for paternity, child support and custody. She accused him of being the biological father to her daughter and had no doubts about it.
Future quickly tried to silence Eliza by demanding the court issue a gag order. He claimed she was running around town spreading lies about him. Future took issue with her making public statements about him and giving interviews talking about the situation.
The rapper dragged his feet before finally taking the DNA test. The results came back showing Future was indeed the father to baby Reign.
Since the DNA test came back the two have been fighting over child support. Eliza believes he should pay around $53,000 a month in child support but he believes the child needs much less. He has previously proposed paying around $1k a month but Eliza rejected the offer.
Future filed a separate lawsuit against Eliza accusing her of defamation. He said Eliza was ruining his reputation and causing his career damage. Eliza denied the allegations in the complaint and countersued Future. She said everything she said publicly was the truth and therefore he had no case.
The federal lawsuit and the paternity battle are both still pending. Future has remained by his girlfriend Lori Harvey’s side amid the drama. Lori has remained quiet about the baby mama drama.
This is a Public Service Announcement The $600 A Week Unemployment Benefits Will Stop July 25!
Due to the pandemic, more than 40 million Americans found themselves without income. After this week, more than 25 million people will be affected once the $600 a week Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation benefit expires.
“It will expose more of the real pain of mass unemployment, just as many states are reimposing shutdowns,” CNN reported.
On top of this, thousands are still getting laid off regularly. Many are worried that ending this program will halt economic recovery.
“These emergency unemployment benefits have been propping up families and propping up the economy now for several months,” Kali Grant, a senior policy analyst, said. “Ending the benefits prematurely will really set back any economic recovery that may have been on the way.”
According to CNN, lawmakers are already working on the next economic stimulus package, but it may not come anytime soon.
“The provision was controversial from the start,” CNN reported. “Mainly because the $600 boost, when added to the state benefits, is more than what two-thirds of workers made on the job.”
Non-working Americans will still be receiving state unemployment benefits, but this can not be a permanent solution.
Senate Republicans are against extending the benefit as it “creates a disincentive for people to return to work.” While Democrats want to extend the program into 2021.
“The right thing to do for families and the economy is extend supercharged unemployment benefits,” said Oregon Sen. Ron Wyden (Democrat). “They have unquestionably kept the economy afloat.”
